The Importance Of Correct Punctuation
Dear John:
I want a man who knows what love is all about. You are generous, kind,
thoughtful. People who are not like you admit to being useless and
inferior. You have ruined me for other men. I yearn for you. I have no
feelings whatsoever when we're apart. I can be forever happy--will you let
me be yours?
Gloria

Finally, a worthy pyramid scheme! Simply send this e-mail to 9 of your
mates...
INSTRUCTIONS
Anaesthetise your wife/girlfriend, put her in a large carton, (don't forget
some ventilation holes), and send it to the person who is at the top of
your list. Soon, your name will be at the top of the list, and you will
receive 823,542 women through the post.
Statistically, among those women, there will be at least:
* 0.5 Miss Worlds,
* 2.5 supermodels,
* 463 wild ny*phos,
* 3,234 good-looking ny*phos,
* 20,198 who enjoy multiple org*sms,
* and 40,198 bi-sexual women.
In total, that is 64,294 women who are simply hornier, less inhibited, and
tastier than the miserable old cow you posted off. And, best of all, your
original package is guaranteed not to be one of those that come back to you.
DO NOT BREAK THIS CHAIN LETTER!!!
One bloke for example who sent the letter to only 5 instead of 9 of his
friends got his original bird back, still in the old dressing gown he sent
her off in, with the same old migraine attack, and the accusatorial
expression on her face.
On the same day, the international supermodel he'd been living with since
he sent off his old girlfriend moved out to live with his best friend (to
whom he had not sent the chain letter).
While I am sending this letter, the bloke that is in 6th place above me has
already received 837 women and is lying in hospital suffering from
exhaustion. Outside his ward are 452 more packages.
YOU MUST BELIEVE THIS E-MAIL!!!
This is a unique opportunity to achieve a totally satisfying sex life. No
expensive meals out, no lengthy conversations about trivialities (that only
interest women) just so that you can bonk her.
No obligations, no grumpy mother-in-law, and no unpleasant surprises like
marriage or engagement.
Do not hesitate ... send this letter today to 9 of your best friends.
PS. - Even if you have no girlfriend, you can send your vacuum cleaner.
PPS. - This letter can also be copied to women you know so that they can
prepare themselves for the great adventure that they may soon undertake.

Frivolous Old Gal
I have become a little older since I last saw you and a few changes have come
into my life. Frankly, I have become a frivolous old gal. I am seeing five
gentlemen every day. As soon as I wake up Will Power helps me get out of bed.
Then I go see John. Next, Charlie Horse comes along and when he is here, he
takes a lot of time and attention. When he leaves Arthur Ritis shows up and
stays the rest of the day. He doesn't like to stay in one place very long, so he
takes me from joint to joint. After such a busy day, I'm really tired and
glad to go to bed with Ben Gay. What a life! Oh, yes, I'm also flirting with
Al Zymer.
P.S. The preacher came to call the other day. He said that at my age, I
should be thinking about the hereafter. I told him, Oh, I do all the time.
No matter where I am: in the parlor, upstairs, in the kitchen, or down in the
bas*ment, I ask myself, now what am I hereafter?

THE IRS LETTER...
Dear Sirs:
I am responding
to your letter denying the deduction for two of the three dependents I claimed
on my 2012 Federal Tax return. Thank you. I have questioned whether these are
my children or not for years. They are evil and expensive. It's only fair,
since they are minors and not my responsbility, that the government (who
evidently is taxing me more to care for these waifs) knows something about them
and what to expect over the next year. You may apply next year to reassign them
to me and reinstate the deduction. This year they are yours! The oldest, Kristen,
is now 17. She is brillant. Ask her! I suggest you put her to work in your
office where she can answer people's questions about their returns. While she
has no formal training, it has not seemed to hamper her knowledge of any other
subject you can name. Taxes should be a breeze. Next year she is going to
college. I think it's wonderful that you will now be responsible for that
little expense. While you mull that over, keep in mind that she has a truck. It
doesn't run at the moment so you have the immediate decision of appropriating
some Department of Defense funds to fix the vehicle or getting up early to
drive her to school. Kristen also has a boyfriend. Oh joy. While she possesses
all of the wisdom of the universe, her alleged mother and I have felt it best
to occasionally remind her of the virtues of abstinence, and in the face of
overwhelming passion, safe sex. This is always uncomfortable and I am quite
relieved you will be handling this in the future. May I suggest that you
reinstate Jocelyn Elders who had a rather good handle on the problem. Patrick
is 14. I've had my suspicions about this one. His eyes are a little close
together for normal people. He may be a tax examiner himself one day if you do
not incarcerate him first. In February, I was awakened at three in the morning
by a police officer who was bringing Pat home. He and his friends were TP'ing
houses. Kids at 14 will do almost anything on a dare. His hair is purple.
Permanent dye, temporary dye, what the big deal? Learn to deal with it. You'll
have plenty of time as he is sitting out a few days of school after instigating
a food fight. I'll take care of filing your phone number with the vice
principal. Oh yes, he and all of his friends have raging hormones. This is the
house of testosterone and it will be much more peaceful when he lives in your
home. DO NOT leave any of them unsupervised with girls, explosives,
inflammables, inflatables, vehicles, or telephones. (I'm sure that you will
find telephones a source of unimaginable amus*ment, and be sure to lock out the
900 and 976 numbers!). Heather is an alien. She slid through a time warp and
appeared quite by magic one year. I'm sure this one is yours. She is 10 going
on 21. She came from a bad trip in the sixties. She wears tie-dyed clothes, beads,
sandals, and hair that looks like Tiny Tim's. Fortunately you will be raising
my taxes to help offset the pinch of her remedial reading courses. Hooked on
Phonics is expensive so the schools dropped it. Good news! You can buy it
yourself for half the amount of the deduction that you are denying! It's quite
obvious that we are terrible parents (ask the other two) so they've helped
raise this child to a new level of terror. She cannot speak English. Most
people under eighteen can understand the curious lingo she fashioned out of
valley girls/boys in the odd/reggae/yuppie/ political doublespeak. I don't. The
school sends her to a speech pathologist who has her roll her R's. It added a
refreshing Mexican/Irish touch to her voice. She wears hats backwards, pants
baggy and wants one of her ears pierced four more times. There is a fascination
with tattoos that worries me but I am sure that you can handle it. Bring a
truck when you come to get her, she sort of nests in her room and I think that
it would be easier to move the entire thing than find out what it is really
made of. You denied two of the three exemptions so it is only fair you get to
pick which two you will take. I prefer that you take the youngest, I still go
bankrupt with Kristen's college but then I am free! If you take the two oldest
then I still have time for counseling before Heather becomes a teenager. If you
take the two girls then I won't feel so bad about putting Patrick in a military
academy. Please let me know of your decision as soon as possible as I have
already increased the withholding on my W-4 to cover the USD395 in additional
tax and made a down payment on an airplane.
Sincerly,

One day in the
Garden of Eden, Eve calls out to God, Lord, I
have a problem!
What's the problem, Eve?
Lord, I know you've created me and have provided this beautiful
garden and all of these wonderful animals, and that hilarious
comedy snake, but I'm just not happy.
Why is that, Eve? came the reply from above.
Lord, I am lonely. And I'm sick to death of apples.
Well, Eve, in that case, I have a solution. I shall create a man
for you.
What's a 'man', Lord?
This man will be a flawed creature, with aggressive tendencies,
an enormous ego and an inability to empathize or listen to you
properly. All in all, he'll give you a hard time. But, he'll be bigger
and faster and more muscular than you. He'll be really good at
fighting and kicking a ball about and hunting fleet-footed
ruminants, and not altogether bad in the sack.
Sounds great, says Eve, with an ironically raised eyebrow.
Yeah, well. He's better than a poke in the eye with a burnt
stick. But, you can have him on one condition.
What's that, Lord?
You'll have to let him believe that I made him first.

Signs He Loves You
A woman writes to a magazine asking how she will know if he truly loves her...
"Well... Here's how I see it. When a man is "taken with you"- you will know. Sometimes the words, "I love you" aren't always enough. As women, we like to see words put into action... Here are some ways that you can tell if he means what he says..."
- He pretends to like your cat by no longer drop-kicking Fluffy down a flight of stairs when you're not looking.
- When you come over to visit, they start picking up -- they shove underwear under their beds, (theirs and other women's) they move the Playboy centerfold to a less frequented room and they hide dirty dishes in less conspicuous places.
- They let you see the remote control. You as a woman will never actually get to use the remote, so consider a distant viewing of it a positive sign.
- They rub your feet for 1-2 minutes before requesting a down work.
- They take one of those Cosmo quiz things without complaining. Although they will resent you for it (please make a note of it)
- They turn off the computer in order to spend more time with you. If they actually delete the forbiden mail - you can expect a proposal within weeks.
- They use "we" when they used to use "I" ("We can't go out tonight. We're giving me a down job")
- They stop making references to their ex-girlfriends ("I am in love with my ex-girlfriend", "I am stalking my ex-girlfriend" and "Gee... my ex-girlfriend sure gave me great down job!"
- They don't mind that their parents, pets and children like you better. Their friends will never like you better - they undoubtedly want to sleep with you, but they will never like you...
Marriage Is...
A classified ad which read "Wife Wanted" received hundreds of responses, all from men saying "You can have mine."
A gentleman is one who never swears at his wife while ladies are present.
A husband expects his wife to be perfect... and to understand why he's not.
A husband is living proof that a wife can take a joke.
A husband said to his wife, "No, I don't hate your relatives. In fact, I like your mother-in-law better than I like mine."
A man needs a mistress, just to break the monogamy.
A perfect wife is one who helps the husband with the dishes.
A son asked his father, "Daddy, how much does it cost to get married?" Father replied, "I don't know son. I'm still paying for it."
A successful man is one who makes more money than his wife can spend. A successful woman is one who can find such a man.
A toast to the newlyweds: May your only ups and downs be between the sheets.
A wedding ring is like a tourniquet; it cuts off your circulation.
A woman was telling her friend, "It is I who made my husband a millionaire." The friend asked, "And what was he before you married him?" The woman replied, "A multi-millionaire."
After a quarrel, a wife said to her husband, "You know, I was a fool when I married you." The husband replied, "Yes, dear, but I was in love and didn't notice."
Always talk to your wife while you're making love... if there's a phone handy.
As she hears the wedding march, three things are foremost in a bride's mind: aisle, altar, hymn. [I'll alter him!]
Bachelor: A guy who believes in life, liberty, and the happiness of pursuit.
Before marriage, a man yearns for the woman he loves. After marriage, the 'Y' becomes silent.
Before we got married, I caught her in my arms. Now I catch her in my pockets.
Confucius say man who sink into woman's arms soon have arms in woman's sink.
Eighty percent of married men cheat in America. The rest cheat in Europe.
Honeymoon: A short period of doting between dating and debting.
I had some words with my wife and she had some paragraphs with me.
I married Miss Right. I just didn't know her first name was Always.
I never knew what real happiness was until I got married... and then it was too late.
I recently read that love is entirely a matter of chemistry. That must be why my wife treats me like toxic waste.
I was engaged myself once, to a contortionist. But she broke it off.
I was married by a judge. I should have asked for a jury.
I'm an excellent housekeeper. Every time I get a divorce, I keep the house.
If you want your spouse to listen and pay full attention to what you have to say, talk in your sleep.
If your mother-in-law and a lawyer were drowning and you had to choose, would you go to lunch or to a movie?
In marriage, the bride gets a shower; but for the groom, it's curtains!
It doesn't matter how often a husband changes his job; he still ends up with the same boss.
It's a give-and-take marriage. He gives and she takes.
Love thy neighbor, but make sure her husband is away first.
Man is incomplete until he is married. After that he is finished.
Man: Rules the roost. Woman: Rules the rooster.
Marriage is a great institution; but who wants to live in an institution?
Marriage is a three ring circus: engagement ring, wedding ring, and suffering.
Marriage is an institution in which the man loses his Bachelor's degree and the woman gets her Master's.
Marriage is bliss. Ignorance is bliss. Ergo....
Marriage is grand... and divorce is about 10 grand.
Marriage is not a word. It is a sentence (a life sentence!).
Marriage is the mourning after the knot before.
Marriage is the only sport in which the trapped animal has to buy the license.
Marriage is when a man and woman become as one; the trouble starts when they try to decide which one.
Marriage means commitment. Of course, so does insanity.
Marry not a tennis player, for love means nothing to them.
Mistress: Something between a mister and a mattress.
My darling wife was always glum. I drowned her in a cask of rum, and so made sure that she would stay, in better spirits night and day.
My wife ran off with my best friend last week. Gosh, I miss him!
My wife submits and I obey; she always lets me have her way.
My wife's cooking is so bad that we pray after we eat.
She offered her honor, he honored her offer, and all night he was on her and off her.
Shotgun wedding: A case of wife or death.
Some mornings I wake up grouchy... and some mornings I just let her sleep.
Thanks preacher for allowing me to have 16 wives: 4 richer, 4 poorer, 4 better, 4 worse!
The honeymoon is over when the husband calls home to say he'll be late for dinner and the answering machine says it is in the microwave.
The only thing that holds a marriage together is the husband bein' big enough to keep his mouth shut, to step back and see where his wife is wrong.
The three stages of sex in marriage: tri-weekly; try-weekly; try-weakly
They say that when a man holds a woman's hand before marriage, it is love; after marriage it is self-defense.
When a man opens the door of his car for his wife, you can be sure of one thing: either the car is new or the wife.
Why did the polygamist cross the aisle? To get to the other bride.
Wife says, "Honey, I've had enough of worse; let's try better for a while!"
About Women
- Women especially love a bargain. The question of 'need' is irrelevant, so don't bother pointing it out. Anything on sale is fair game.
- Women never have anything to wear. Don't question the racks of clothes in the closet; you 'just don't understand'.
- Women need to cry. And they won't do it alone unless they know you can hear them.
- Women will always ask questions that have no right answer, in an effort to trap you into feeling guilty.
- Women love to talk. Silence intimidates them and they feel a need to fill it, even if they have nothing to say.
- Women need to feel like there are people worse off than they are. That's why soap operas and Oprah Winfrey-type shows are so successful.
- Women don't need sex as often as men do. This is because sex is more physical for men and more emotional for women. Just knowing that the man wants to have sex with them fulfills the emotional need.
- Women hate bugs. Even the strong-willed ones need a man around when there's a spider or a wasp involved.
- Women can't keep secrets. They eat away at them from the inside. And they don't view it as being untrustworthy, providing they only tell two or three people.
- Women always go to public restrooms in groups. It gives them a chance to gossip.
- Women can't refuse to answer a ringing phone, no matter what she's doing. It might be the lottery calling.
- Women never understand why men love toys. Men understand that they wouldn't need toys if women had an 'on/off' switch.
- Women think all beer is the same.
- Women keep three different shampoos and two different conditioners in the shower. After a woman showers, the bathroom will smell like a tropical rain forest.
- Women don't understand the appeal of sports. Men seek entertainment that allows them to escape reality. Women seek entertainment that reminds them of how horrible things could be.
- If a man goes on a seven-day trip, he'll pack five days worth of clothes and will wear some things twice; if a woman goes on a seven-day trip she'll pack 21 outfits because she doesn't know what she'll feel like wearing each day.
- Women brush their hair before bed.
- Watch a woman eat an ice cream cone and you'll have a pretty good idea about how she'll be in bed.
- Women are paid less than men, except for one field: Modeling.
- Women are never wrong. Apologizing is the man's responsibility, 'It's there in the Bible'. Hmmm, who was it that gave Adam the apple?
- Women do not know anything about cars. 'Oil-stick, oil doesn't stick?'
- Women have better restrooms. They get the nice chairs and red carpet. Men just get a large bowl to share.
- The average number of items in a typical woman's bathroom is 437. A man would not be able to identify most of these items.
- Women love cats. Men say they love cats, but when women aren't looking, men kick cats.
- Women love to talk on the phone. A woman can visit her girlfriend for two weeks, and upon returning home, she will call the same friend and they will talk for three hours.
- A woman will dress up to go shopping, water the plants, empty the garbage, answer the phone, read a book, or get the mail.
- Women will drive miles out of their way to avoid the possibility of getting lost using a shortcut.
- Women don't try as hard as men during sex; after all, they don't fall asleep afterwards.
- Women do NOT want an honest answer to the question, 'How do I look?'
- PMS stands for: Permissible Man-Slaughter. (Or at least men think it means that. PMS also stands for Preposterous Mood Swings and Punish My Spouse.
- The first naked man a woman sees is 'Ken'.
- Women are insecure about their weight, butt, and breast sizes.
- Women will make three right-hand turns to avoid making one left-hand turn.
- 'Oh, nothing,' has an entirely different meaning in woman-language than it does in man-language.
- Lewis Carroll's Caterpillar had nothing on women.
- Women cannot use a map without turning the map to correspond to the direction that they are heading.
- All women are overweight by definition; don't agree with them about it. Women always have 5 pounds to lose, but don't bring this up unless they really have 5 pounds to gain.
- If it is not Valentines day and you see a man in a flower shop, you can probably start up a conversation by asking, 'What did you do?'
- Only women understand the reason for 'guest towels' and the 'good china'.
- Women want equal rights, but you rarely hear them clamoring to be let into the draft to cover the responsibilities that go with those rights. All women seek equality with men until it comes to sharing the closet, taking out the trash, and picking up the check.
- If a man ticks off a woman she will often respond by getting a fuzzy toilet cover which warms their rear, but makes it impossible for the lid to stay up thus it constantly gets peed on by the guys. (which gets them in more trouble)
- Women never check to see if the lid is up. They seem to prefer taking a flying butt leap towards the bowl and then chewing men out because they 'left the seat up' instead of taking two seconds and lowering it themselves.
- Women can get out of speeding tickets by pouting. This will get men arrested.
- Women don't really care about a sense of humor in a guy despite claims to the contrary. You don't see women trampling over Tom Cruise to get to Gilbert Gottfried, do you?
- Women fake orgasm because men fake foreplay.
- It's okay for women to dance with each other and not be gay. You don't see straight men dancing together.
- Women will spend hours dressing up to go out, and then they'll go out and spend more time checking out other women. Men can never catch women checking out other men; women will always catch men checking out other women.
- The most embarrassing thing for women is to find another woman wearing the same dress at a formal party. You don't hear men say, 'Oh-my-GOD, there's another man wearing a black tux, get me out of here!'

Why
English Teachers Are Important
Why English
Teachers Are Important: The Words are the same. Only the punctuation changes...
Dear Thomas,
I want a man who knows what love is all about. You are generous, kind, thoughtful. People who are not like you admit to being useless and inferior. You have ruined me for other men. I yearn for you. I have no feelings whatsoever when we're apart. I can be forever happy--will you let me be yours?
Maria

Business
one-liners
If ignorance is
bliss, most of us must be orgasmic.
If it can be borrowed and it can be broken, you will borrow it and you will break it.
If it doesn't make sense, it's either economics or psychology.
If it doesn't work, expand it.
If it happens, it must be possible.
If it is good, they will stop making it.
If it is incomprehensible, it's mathematics.
If it is worth doing, it is worth doing for money.
If it is worth doing, it is worth over-doing.
If it jams, force it. If it breaks, it needed replacing anyway.
