HOW TO STAY YOUNG

1. Try everything twice.  On one woman's tombstone she said she wanted this

epitaph: Tried everything twice...loved it both times!

2. Keep only cheerful friends.   The grouches pull you down.  ( Keep this in

mind if you are one of those grouches)

3. Keep learning: Learn more about the computer, crafts, gardening,

whatever.  Never let the brain get idle.'  An idle mind is the devil's

workshop.'  And the devil's name is Alzheimer's!

4. Enjoy the simple things.

5. Laugh often, long and loud.  Laugh until you gasp for breath.  And if you

have a friend who makes you laugh, spend lots and lots of time with HIM/HER.

6. The tears happen: Endure, grieve, and move on.  The only person who is

with us our entire life, is ourselves.  LIVE while you are alive.

7. Surround yourself with what you love: Whether it's family, pets,

keepsakes, music, plants, hobbies, whatever.  Your home is your refuge.

8. Cherish your health: If it is good, preserve it.  If it is unstable,

improve it.  If it is beyond what you can improve, get help.

9. Don't take guilt trips.  Take a trip to the mall, or a trip to the next

county or a foreign country, but NOT to where the guilt is.

10. Tell the people you love that you love them, at every opportunity.  I

love you, my special friend.

11. Forgive now those who made you cry.  You might not get a second chance.

But I hope you share it with someone.

Remember! Lost time can never be found.

Be kinder than necessary, for everyone you meet is fighting some kind of

battle

Dear visitors,

From the title of the blog "Funny Side of the World" is to conclude that I will deal with topics that will make you laugh or make you courious,what is my goal.
In order to achieve my goal, I introduce a weekly commentary which I will post once a week and just on Sunday with a look at some events from previous week.

All over the news is released the information that NASA has found a new planet that is similar to Earth in many respects. Scientists say the surface temperature of the planet around 22 Celsius and that on her probebly can be find water and earth ..

I wonder who will be the new Adam and Eve or we'll make a Noah's Ark of a new era in which they will be all members of all races and religions.
The question is who and who would you choose as a small mistake can make the chaos on the ship and the safety of herself exspedicije compromised.
My suggestion is to be people from show business, which means that the development of civilization on a new planet would be too long because they are always somebody else is doing something and there will be forced to do everything themself.

Do you want to do some traveling?  Well, here are some challenging places to visit, and some advice about them:

I have been in many places, but I've never been in Cahoots. Apparently, you can't go alone. You have to be in Cahoots with someone.

I've also never been in Cognito. I hear no one recognizes you there.

I have, however, been in Sane. They don't have an airport; you have to be driven there. I have made several trips there, thanks to my friends, family and work.

I would like to go to Conclusions, but you have to jump, and I'm not too much on physical activity anymore.

I have also been in Doubt. That is a sad place to go, and I try not to visit there too often.

I've been in Flexible, but only when it was very important to stand firm.

Sometimes I'm in Capable, and I go there more often as I'm getting older.

One of my favorite places to be is in Suspense! It really gets the adrenalin flowing and pumps up the old heart! At my age I need all the stimuli I can get!

I may have been in Continent, and I don't remember what country I was in. It's an age thing.

Recently at a wedding reception

At a wedding reception recently someone yelled, "All the married men please stand next to the one person who has made your life worth living."

The bartender was nearly crushed to death.

 

 WIFE GIFT

After being away on business, Tim thought it would be nice to bring his wife a little gift.
"How about some perfume?" he asked the cosmetics clerk.
She showed him a bottle costing $50.00.
"That's a bit much," said Tim, so she returned with a smaller bottle for $30.00.
"That's still quite a bit," Tim complained.
Growing annoyed, the clerk brought out a tiny $15.00 bottle.
"What I mean," said Tim, "is I'd like to see something really cheap."
The clerk handed him a mirror.
